MECHANICAL PROBLEMS
If we don't have the part on hand, then we know where to get it as fast as possible. So when your mechanical components fail we can replace it and have you back up and running usually within 48 hours.

ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
Electrical issues can be a nightmare and very dangerous if not taken care of properly. If your system is acting unusual, not to worry, there are numerous safety controls on every system. Call us if you think you are having an electrical issue with your unit or temperature control, or maybe something isn't quite right that you're used to. We're here to help with any issue no matter how large or small.

MAJOR COMPONENT FAILURES
Sometimes things just go boom. Usually this is caused by a faulty or improperly serviced shaft or motor bearing. These bearings also fail due to age and excessive operational hours, over time they deteriorate.
Variable frequency drives have a maximum life span of 10 years in good, clean conditions. Main burner units have gaskets and very small orifices that deteriorate that lead to unstable air/gas mixture. Main gas safety valves start leaking or malfunctioning after 15 to 20 years.
FILTER MAINTENANCE
Intake and Exhaust filters have a life span based on outside dust, dirt, debris, type of paint used, amount of over spray, size of exhaust area and other variables. Know when to change your filters and if you are not sure we can provide you with that information so you can have your filters ready to be installed before it becomes a problem.
HEATER REPLACEMENT
The life span of most air-make up units is 15 to 20 years. After this time, the cost of repair tends to be much higher than the cost of a new heater. We will remove your old heater and replace it within a couple days, sometimes just one day is all it takes.
